What do you think are the best C/C++/C# or Java books for an intermediate level?

Suggest books for intermediate level. Let me explain: I already know the data types, and all other newbie crap. I would like to start right away with the syntax and algorithms.

This is the entry level. Usually described in the chapters of books for beginners.
Troelsen, Schildt, etc. + books Data Structures and Algorithms in **** (java/c#/c++)
