What do you think about the ASUS X54C laptop?

Welcome all.
At the moment I have some semi-server PC, which I successfully put up on Avito. It no longer does any good for me, sometimes I write sites on it when the main PC is busy. An offer was received to exchange for an ASUS X54C laptop: Intel Celeron B820 (2 cores, 1.7 GHz), 6 GB of RAM and a 250 GB HDD. I thought that for my work a laptop would be just the same more convenient than scribbling code on a PC taking up space. However, I doubt the power of the processor. Do you think it's worth trading if you use your laptop as an additional computer for writing code and occasionally watching YouTube videos in HD / Full HD quality?

The processor, of course, is weak, but if your code does not require special resources, then it will be enough to watch the video.
I would be more concerned about the age and condition of this laptop - reliability decreases markedly with time and it would not turn out that after the exchange it would work for a very short time.
In addition, it is not clear what a "semi-server PC" is and is it an equivalent exchange?
