What do you think about David Flanagan «JavaScript. Detailed guide?

What do you think about David Flanagan "JavaScript. The Definitive Guide" 6th edition. Is it worth reading now? Book 2012, almost 6 years old, I think MB has changed a lot? If it makes sense, how do you advise reading the material? Read every 10 pages, take notes or try code and write alternatives? Just differently, if read as a class. Literature doesn't remember anything.

Flanagan is worth reading anyway. He gives a lot of information, but all the info is on the case. You can try to read it with a pencil, return to the re-read places.
I personally began to understand Cantor only 3 times.
Although, Cantor's books can also be downloaded and read.

I tried to read it, but I didn’t master it, perhaps because I read a pirated version, tk. the usual (paper version) is better for me, in the future I think to buy and re-read, I began to understand a lot of topics only after taking courses on learn.javascript.ru, the book is quite complete and, as it was already said somewhere, it is not worth reading from the very beginning zero, or be very diligent)
