What do you think a development plan for a Ruby developer should look like?

Hello. The other day I asked myself the question of drawing up an individual development plan for Ruby / Ruby On Rails developers in our company and would like to ask what, in your opinion, should be included in such a plan? What are the main milestones and goals? What skills and knowledge should junior, mid, senior have? What path should a person who has just joined a company and started learning Ruby go through in order to become a strong developer?

Do you already have a Ruby Lead? There is not? Hire. Search among friends. Why Ruby? Consider also Python. From the question, it sounds like you want a Ruby command. Without lead developer in any way. Look for him first. People go to work for the sake of money and experience, and not "main milestones and goals" or "the path must be taken by a person."

I am now recruiting the second stream for the course "Professional RoR Development". The course is designed for those who already know the basics of RoR and want to move further, to the point where they can get a job or do projects on their own.
There is a program in the course, and learning is done through the development of a real application.
