What do you recommend for crossposting?

Greetings.
1. Wikipedia says that cross-posting can have a number of negative effects on the side of PS for the main site (getting under search engine filters, your main blog falling in various ratings). Is this really so if the articles are not posted on the main site, but are posted and duplicated only in different social networks? Those. the same article is posted on different social networks.
2. Recommend software or service for crossposting. I'm interested in delayed placement in the following social networks (i.e. with the ability, for example, to add 30 materials so that they are automatically posted one every day):
- vk
- facebook
- twitter
- g +
- classmates

Hey!
We make amplifr.com - it can cross-post to everything you wrote, except for g + - we negotiate with Google about publishing there.
Try it and tell me how you like it. I'll be glad to help.
The fall of the blog in the “ratings” due to the fact that links lead to it in similar (not identical) posts in different social networks, if these links in each profile are not posted a hundred times, of course, will not happen. We asked this from two networks - OK and VK, and they are not aware of such consequences.
