Beginner? know html, c#. Start with a simple web forms application. Add a text area and a couple of buttons to add and change layout. There are already enough ready-made components, you won’t come up with anything particularly new. And for the sake of practice - please. Slowly add buttons and at the same time you will understand why bicycles are evil when you stumble upon the first bug that needs to be rewritten. I think it will arise when adding a third or fourth button.
