Hello, what skills should a database specialist have: database developer, database administrator, etc.

PL / SQL
Basics of computer networks

I'm not sure that there are many vacancies where only work with the database.
If June, a backender with knowledge of working with the database is required. And when you already have experience with the database, then you can go more highly specialized. IMHO.
