Depends on goals.
If you need a diploma:
a). Then you can just buy it. ~500$ - bachelor's degree. The master's degree is more expensive - 700 bucks.
b). You can buy it differently, enter a non-top university - come a couple of times in the fourth year - a diploma in your pocket.
in). You can enroll in part-time, the point is that you come a couple of times a year, whine whatever you want to learn. You will receive a bachelor's degree in 2.5 years. It will come out a little more expensive. Maybe I'll have to donate a little for gifts to teachers.
If you need education
a). You open a book, you get an education, you close a book. With zero knowledge - it will take from 3 to n years.
b). Prepare for a couple of years for exams. If you are lucky, you will enter a top university, of course, without a sufficient base, you will fly out in the first session. You fuck twice as much as in a). you get an education.
