What do you know about 000webhost ? They offer free hosting and free unlimited domain. Something too pretty! Who really faced? And, the domain, probably, the 3rd level?

as shit was 10+ years ago, so it has remained.
with today's hosting prices and alternatives like aws/heroku/linode/gae/etc free plans, you don't have to think about free hosting at all.
and for playing around, the localhost is enough.
