What do we use for bloggers on WP?

Hello! There is a simple news site on WordPress. There was a need to add the possibility of registering with bloggers and writing blogs by these bloggers. What is the best/easiest way to organize this? That is, I need these bloggers to have access only to their blogs ... You can make blogs a trite rubric, but then it’s not clear how to deny them access to other rubrics, you can add an arbitrary type of post and make it blogs, but then how to prohibit access to records, posts?
I used the wp user pro plugin for a long time, but it's probably "out of a cannon", very sophisticated, and complicated.
