How to organize it into a common structure, so that everything is clearly and clearly described. What is the project created in, in what format, what software or online service is used for this?

awesome question. the answer is your future experience) everything is individual, for example, my path (my own developer, designer, architect, project manager and who the hell else is sitting there in the studios) is far from complete, but it can definitely give you an answer. and specific software is your business only. I chose a UML editor for myself for about two weeks somewhere only, each has its own requirements and the level of criticality of perception of software features for work)
