What do (this is not a tautology) project project?

There is some kind of difficult and not just one idea, sketches, pieces of code, and textual information about what should be in the project. How to organize it into a common structure, so that everything is clearly and clearly described. What is the project created in, in what format, what software or online service is used for this?

It is done in the terms of reference, which is written, for example, in Word or any other editor.
And pieces of code and terms of reference are usually NOT combined together, these are different documents.
For class descriptions - UML, for splitting technical tasks into specific tasks - backtrackers, in which solution design can be written directly in tickets.

awesome question. the answer is your future experience) everything is individual, for example, my path (my own developer, designer, architect, project manager and who the hell else is sitting there in the studios) is far from complete, but it can definitely give you an answer. and specific software is your business only. I chose a UML editor for myself for about two weeks somewhere only, each has its own requirements and the level of criticality of perception of software features for work)
