What do these icons under labels mean?

Literally today, these little men's icons appeared under almost all shortcuts on the desktop. Not only in browser shortcuts, but also in regular programs like Photoshop.



What is it? And how to remove it and get rid of it?

It's a cache bug. These "icons" mean that this is a shortcut (link) to a file. It will fix itself soon. Or you can clear the cache.
