Apache HTTP Server

What can interrupt Apache Server?

Download the server and install. Set up site directories. In principle, I did not make any changes in the configs anymore. Test Conf gives Syntax OK! Apache starts.
When accessing 127.0.0.1 or localsite (that's what I called it), chrome gives "page not available" and an ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error.
The thing is, it's not my car. The machine is connected to a LAN and is an ftp server. Yes, by the way, the Internet passes through the LAN to this and other machines.
The ftp server is bound to 127.0.0.1. Probably there is a problem with it. But how to interconnect them so that other computers can easily access the http server?
