What do the bits in the CCR register (Motorola mc68hc11) mean?

Good afternoon, I'm new to asm, at the moment I can't figure out the CCR register, or rather what its c, v, i, h, x, s flags mean. And why it is not possible to correctly transfer a value to it using the TAP command (not all bits change their value).

section 4.2.6. In the same manual, in Table 4.2, in the description of the TAP command, it can be seen that the X bit can only be reset, the rest are both set and reset.
