What do junior Ruby developers need to know?

Now I'm reading Pickaxe and going through the tutorial on codeacademy. I work in php myself.
Then I'm going to dive into the RoR documentation (maybe after going through Rails for Zombies).
Perhaps there are better ways?

Junior does not need to go through "zombie rails", but all codeschool courses along this path. Read all the guides on the official rails website in full. Know how to make websites on rails.
This is junior level.
And "rails for zombies" is the level of a beginner, who cannot even be called a trainee.

If you pump these skills, you will get pre-junior. If you complete one project, you can be considered junior
