What do I need to do in order for the Yandex search engine to start showing my site on the first page of search results?

Hello.
About a year and a half ago I created the site i4.ru. And after that, I did a search engine optimization of this site for the search query "Department I4". As a result, such search engines as Google , Yahoo , Bing , Mail.ru - give out, for this search query, my site in one of the first lines of search results. And all is well with these search engines.
Only the Yandex search engine , for about a year, for this search query (department I4) gives out on the first page of search results the old site i4.spb.ru (which has not existed / has not been working for more than six months), and the new site gives out only 2- th page of the search query.
What do I need to do in order for the Yandex search engine to start showing my site on the first page of search results, as well as other search engines?
PS I just noticed that in different browsers the position of my site in Yandex search results is different (at least for me).

try to search through duckduckgo Bobuk said that he is looking for RuNet through Yandex. Maybe it's really a matter of personification.
