What do I do with the Upwork.com offer acceptance date?

The question is the following. In 2011, I signed up for Upwork, which was still an Odessa at that time. After registration, I completed a couple of projects, received money and scored. Last year I got a lot of free time and I decided to earn some money on upwork. Things went well and very soon the income from the upwork began to outweigh the salary from the main job. This year I am going to open an individual entrepreneur and work in white. The Internet is full of information on this topic, so I don’t see any particular problems. Except for one nonsense. The currency control of the bank where IP accounts will be serviced requires a public offer and the DATE OF ACCEPTANCE of this offer (Reports > More Reports > Certificate of Earnings). But there is a very ancient date + small sums of previous months glow. How to be in this case and is it worth it to be afraid of something?

@pavels91

Since 2011, your offer has already changed 20 times, and each time you had to accept it again. Therefore, put the date of publication of the last offer and do not worry.
