I rummaged through the Internet, they write that there is some kind of headline that does not suit me. Someone else has something else in length. How to understand which one? Maybe there are other options?

the problem was in the header Upgrade
had to be turned off in .htaccess:
So-so solution, but there is no time to dig deeper yet. If anyone knows a more elegant way - welcome. In the meantime, let's hang this answer, maybe it will be useful to someone.

With the exception of the 404 in the CSS bootstrap, I don't see any other problems. From what I was able to dig up, the problem is most likely when some kind of application is blocking access. For example , here are the settings for Safari itself , and here are more options .
