What devices are used by Russian companies to write games?

I am changing my field of activity, I want to work as a programmer for unity (for the first time), and here the question arose - on what devices do programmers write games in the office? If the company is large, then, as I understand it, it will provide a PC. And if the company is small - does everyone write on their laptops? And is this a normal practice, is it common?
Can you write how it all works in your current/past job? And if you write on a laptop, what model?

In 7 years of work in game development, I have never seen a company NOT provide a PC. Always provide a job. They can also give a laptop, but usually not to programmers.
If you are asked to carry your laptop to work and work on it, run. In general, it is normal to work on a laptop in a unit without external monitors - it is unlikely to be productive.
