What are the prospects for creating a project on kickstarter?

Tell me what are the prospects for creating a project on kickstarter?
Let's say I want to make a game, but I don't have the funds to attract programmers, but let's say I have a good idea that I think people will be interested in...
My questions are:
1) How do I start my project? (I think it’s not enough just to write something like “I want to do this, give me money)
2) How are they fighting against “scammers”? (that is, someone created a project, raised money, but did nothing)
3) How is it what is the situation with the involvement of workers on the project? (let's say I can write the same game, but I can't write the music and I need a person who will write this music)
4) How does the project become more popular? (that is, the first places appear when entering the kick)

Tell those who have encountered it on this platform, what are the pros and cons, how to start a project correctly...

Ideas are worthless, any fool, sitting on the toilet, can give birth to at least a hundred of them.
A business plan with well-thought-out business processes, a good managerial outline is worth something, and without this you can score on your idea.

Zimaell , Let's be more precise.
"An idea and sketches are nothing, every fool can throw them in the toilet."
If you think that your idea is not just an idea, but a cool idea, because it is written on several leaves or several dozen leaves, then it is still just an idea .
You don't have anything working. Sketches, ideas are not what people with money are interested in. With an outline in the world of tens of millions of people.
Come at least with a working prototype that you can launch, show, maybe interest fans in this niche.
Something is worth a specific business plan in which you can show the prospective sponsor exactly his income.
The business plan may state that
* the cost of development and design in money and man hours to show a working prototype and you can show what is being launched and somehow works
* the cost of developing and launching a beta version, on a specific infrastructure (server, cloud), plus an advertising company to attract the first players
* the cost of the final development, and a plan for how it should be monetized, and how you intend to recoup investments. with relevant calculations.
And you need to understand that the technical description of the project will be of interest mainly in terms of what you yourself clearly understand how it should be done in order to clearly understand the cost and complexity of creating a product. And it will be the business plan that will be of more interest in terms of what is the risk that it will not take off, and how soon it will begin to pay off.

Well, start by writing a development document and a business plan. Without them, your idea is nowhere needed.

1) How to start your project? (I think it will not be enough just to write something like "I want to do this, give me money)

of course, you will also have to explain how happy you are to give money (and yes, the phrase "I have an opinion that it will be interesting" does not roll).
plus bring thousands of users there somehow.
And no one will do the first and second for you - this is your task.
The rest of the questions don't make any sense.
