What determines the IP of the site when parking in Cloudflare?

Hello, when you connect a Cloudflare CDN to a site, a random site IP is allocated.
What does it depend on? From the nameserver that Cloudflare asks to assign to the domain, or from what?
What can be done to change Cloud IP? Create a new account in their system or just delete / add a site?

Different tariffs have different pull ip. For example, the business has another pull. Changing your account will not change your IP. Only from the tariff.
