What Debian/Ubuntu single board computers exist as NAS and media player in the future?

I'm looking for a single-board computer to organize a NAS, WEB, FTP, SMB server, media download. The performance of the Asus RT-N66U is no longer enough.
Wishlist:
- powerful CPU (2 cores would be a plus), I'm looking at ARM
- gigabit network (I'll connect to the router with a cable)
- USB3.0 and / or SATA2 / 3
- installing Debian / Ubuntu from official images - is this really possible?
As a bonus (in the perspective of a media player)
- HDMI -
FullHD
hardware decoding ).
