What data is saved when sending a file over the Internet?

Hello. When sending a photo via the Internet, I know that service files (such as EXIF) are saved.
Me the normal data on a file interests is transferred? Such as: the date the file was created, the file was modified, the full path in which the file was located on my computer, information about the owner, information about the computer.
I have attached a photo of these.

No, they are not transferred. When uploading to photo hosting, attaching to a letter, etc. only the contents of the file (including EXIF/IPTC) are transferred. File system data is not transferred.
FTP clients may or may not transmit the date/time.
