What data can a VPN provider get when analyzing HTTPS traffic?

Hello, when accessing the mail service via HTTPS over the VPN channel of a VPN provider company, what information can the provider get when analyzing traffic: the very fact of connecting to the mail service without user identification, or can you see the address of the mailbox that is being accessed?

If with MitM - will see everything as if there was no encryption
