What DACs Produced in Russia do you know?

The question arose in choosing a multiplying DAC based on the R-2R matrix.
The minimum required resolution is 12-bit (or two 8-bit each, one of them will be an analogue of a 64-bit DAC)
Other parameters and their value in descending order:

  • Produced in Russia and is in production.
  • Accuracy, More accurate than 5%.
  • Low price
  • Low Noise.
  • Good linearity.
  • Not a DIP package, but ceramics.
  • Built-in inverse R-2R matrix.
  • No bias voltage.
  • Built-in repeater on the OU (Buffer).
  • Matrix power supply is more than 5 volts.

NIIET makes 14-bit DACs in a ceramic package. Look at their website, maybe you will find the right one: www.niiet.ru/chips/dais
But their products cost decent money, because they are focused on the military industry.
