What css framework to use for a non-mobile site?

Good afternoon! Advise which css framework to use for a project that will only have a desktop web version, so that you can easily add your own indents and not be difficult to customize?

I agree with Uwe_Boll , but for the sake of simplifying the layout, use any grid you like. For example , 960grid.ru or its fork www.thegoldengrid.com for classics, or on flex , and the rest of the styles by hand. BUT don't forget normalize.css/
