What CRM allows me to see information about the calling client on my Android device?
Greetings to all and especially those who know!
About me: I am engaged in repair and setup of computers, laptops, tablets and everything that can connect to the Internet and has its own operating system.
Foreword: As early as the 2nd year he moved to Russia and attended to the choice of work. At work they offer little money, but I do and know more than they pay. Therefore, I took up what I can - repair computers, networks, etc. And the earnings confirm that I can earn more than on "jobs" and at the same time there is a sufficient amount of free time (and this is an important moment for me!).
The essence of the problem:I started working closely on the client base this spring. Based on a small number of completed orders, a list of clients has already been formed who apply 2-3 times. There are some clients from 2014 - it's also nice that they remember and apply + profit. But every month it is more difficult to keep in mind all the work done. For the 2nd month in a row, some solution is needed that will allow you to see information about him on your Android device when receiving a call from a client (preferably customizable - the date of the last order, the last work performed, its cost) + quick accounting of work, calls . At the moment, all simplified accounting is carried out in GoogleDocs.
Question: Is there a complex in nature that would cover my "specific" requests for an android application?
Requests:
1. CRM - standard set, no frills here.
2. The presence of an android application that allows you to see information about the client and completed orders when he calls me with the next task. I would like to be able to edit what to display when I receive a call.
3. You can pay a solution (within reasonable limits), you can free (not a prerequisite).
What I tried:
1. ZohoCRM
2. Bitrix24
3. ... I don't remember everything right off the bat.

Alligattor elkyzmich is right, if you don’t set yourself beyond the task, then it’s quite possible to keep within reasonable money, the main thing is to formulate a clear technical specification, first of all for yourself. I have not tried it, usually there is a web developer in the team, but Parse is quite suitable for your task to save on the development of the server side.
Although it’s better, of course, to look for something ready-made, it’s clearly cheaper than development.
