Please tell me where to find courses (preferably in Russian) on stretching layout for exotic cms - simpla, shopify, shop-script, cs-cart? It’s just that there is very little information on YouTube, mostly only about WordPress.

Do not rely on courses, better look for a tutor. Place an order on any freelance board that you need to make a stretch for some kind of engine and you definitely need a person with experience, and only then coordinate the training with him.
