Please tell me which course at the institute is worth going for a career in front-end development

There is no and cannot be a normal front-end in institutes (every year everything changes here, and programs are written 10 years ahead). Fundamental things can be given in any specialty related to IT (although they may not be given - everything is bad in a country with education today), but the rest will depend only on you. So go to any specialty, at least somehow related to development, and educate yourself.
