What could be the solutions for a separate screen for the client to show the required content?

The bottom line is - a client comes to the manager and the manager wants to show this or that data to the client. and not everything that he has on the screen, but specifically selected things. those. some photos, figures, specific sites.
options with screen duplication or extension will not work - because if the screen is expanded, then in win it is extremely inconvenient to drop data on the second screen, if the screen is duplicate - then this is not an option at all, since the client does not need to see some data.
the second part of the question is purely iron already - this screen should be compact and somehow mounted on the table and not interfere.

And the option with three monitors, when you see monitor 1 and 2 (for 1 personal information, for 2 - client information), and plus a third, turned to the client and duplicating the 2nd monitor - was not considered?
Otherwise, only the second separate piece of iron to which you connect remotely.

In a normal situation, there is a separate laptop for this purpose, which the manager grabs and goes to the negotiation to the client. Then he, sitting next to the client, shows him something on this laptop, or connects it to a ready-made projector in a meeting room and then shows it on the big screen.

An ultra-wide monitor that has a VNC client open that controls the client all-in-one.
