What could be the reason for google services not loading images?

Also, the avatars of youtube and google+ commentators are not loaded.
At first I thought that the problem was with the browser.
But so is IE.
I tested it on a friend's computer and the result is the same.
If you use a proxy, it downloads pictures.
It looks like the problem is in the router.
Except Google, everything works fine.
Has anyone else experienced something similar, what could it be?
