What could be the problem with PoE?

Hello!
I have such piece of iron - D-link DGS-1100-24/ME/B1A after power off PoE ports stopped working. Works in switch mode. Reloading and resetting the effect does not give. It doesn't seem to have any errors.
Since I have not come across this yet, I want to ask - what could be covered in it? So, what is next?

In this model, there is no declared POE power supply, maybe you meant D-link DGS-1100-24 P / ME / B1A? If the POE power is lost on the ports, then first try to pull out all the ports with POE by the exception method and connect the equipment to the network one by one, maybe your line has shorted somewhere and it goes into protection from one device ...
