I downloaded the off version of vs13 (needed for study) but there are some installation problems
when the installer (web or regular) is turned on, the installer interface does not load. a transparent rectangle (the photo below will become transparent if you drag it around the desktop)

ps.
attempts to get into the buttons were successful, the studio was installed, but at 1 start there were a lot of errors. when creating a project, there was such an error
error everywhere, where you don’t poke
with 10 studios, there were no such problems. tell me how to solve

Win8 is needed. And you apparently have 7. The message is definitely not from 8ki.

Are the video drivers okay? I would first of all kick them, since the installer is not rendered.
