What could be the problem when connecting via xrdp?

Hello!
I deployed ALT linux on the virtual machine and after that I wanted Windows users to connect via xrdp to Linux. On the virtulka, the "Bridge" mode is set in the network interfaces and receives ip via dhcp, pings from windows users to the server pass, iptables is turned off.
