What could be the problem of bugs with connecting disks and printer to x2goserver?

There is an x2go server on ubuntu14.04 + xfce.
I can’t understand why from windows when connecting with x2goclient folders are not forwarded and the spool does not work, but when connected with pyhoca-gui everything works fine?
Does anyone know how to get x2goclient to work properly on windows?
