What could be the font display problems?

Fonts

On some PCs, I noticed problems with displaying the Font Sans font.
There are people for whom it is partially displayed, and there are those for whom it is not displayed at all.
Screenshots from one PC (made with google fonts): chrome , mozilla
If you take fonts not from google fonts, but from the official repository, then the problem with the complete absence of text is solved.
The question arises - is this the problem of the font itself? Or what?

Does turning the zoom all the way down and back fix the problem? If so, then this is bug 39 of chrome.
