What could be a convenient way to save icons in Photoshop?

Hello! I want to say right away that Google is almost silent.
Now faced with a huge tedious problem. There is a fairly large .PSD layout with a huge number of images and vector icons. I want to find a convenient way to save all these icons in svg in one folder. So to speak, fast export. And of course, I would also like to save images quickly in normal and x2 sizes too. Maybe someone knows a more or less fast way how to do this? Or at least just speed up the process.

1. Adobe Photoshop can save to EPS
2. Adobe Illustrator can save to SVG
To save in 2x each icon, IMHO, it's best to use (write or find) actions.
