contextual advertising

What cost for SEO and contextual advertising do you think is appropriate/correct?

I communicate with the developers of the site, they offer a cost for SEO from 800 (for the CIS region, one country) -1000 dollars (for Europe, one country) per month (this includes a copywriter, programmer). For contextual advertising 800 for RU region, 1100 for Europe. Another independent company offered $600-800 (RU and Europe), contextual from $600 (minimum) -1200$ (recommended) for the RU region (this includes remarketing, search advertising, display advertising), for Europe from $1000 (minimum) to $2000 (recommended) (search, remarketing, display) Is this price acceptable? Or look for cheaper options?
Thanks for the feedback!

Without reference to the project, the numbers mean nothing.
For example: can a rocket cost 100r?
Answer: maybe if it is a toy.
Try to approach from the other end and estimate the price of the work of each specialist who is included in the SEO service and how much time it takes (this is, of course, more difficult, but you can figure it out). It may turn out that it is more profitable for you to hire a person (s :)) in the staff.
And so: the market price consists of many things. Starting from fashion (we are moving forward at the N1 studio in Europe) to purely economic: a large company has high costs; in a small one, they are small, but there are fewer people, which means less time will be devoted to your project.

In most cases, you can VERY ROUGHLY estimate the cost of traffic yourself through https ://direct.yandex.ru/registered/main.pl?cmd=ad...
But you need to understand 2 things:
level of orders (i.e. tens or hundreds of thousands or millions of rubles). Those. in reality, traffic can be 2-3 times more expensive/cheaper than what the "estimator" gave you - it depends on the accuracy of collecting the semantic core (you are unlikely to get confused by collecting the entire core at the budget assessment stage), detailed campaign settings, and the level of competition at any given moment time of day in each region, etc.
2. The dependence of traffic on the budget is not linear. That is, for example, you attract (all figures are conditional, just for understanding) an average of ~1000 people for ~100,000₽.
We added another 100,000₽ (total 200,000₽) and got ~2000 people.
Added another 100,000₽ (total 300,000₽) - received ~2,800 people
Added another 100,000₽ (total 400,000₽) - received ~3,400 people
Added another 100,000₽ (total 500,000₽) - received ~3,700 people, etc .d.
Those. inevitably there comes a point when it would be pointless to increase the budget - each extra visitor will be too expensive. On the contrary, to increase the overall profit (after all, the goal is maximum profit, not maximum traffic), the volume of traffic and the advertising budget will need to be reduced.

The budget for contextual advertising usually consists of two components - the direct budget of advertising campaigns, which will be transferred to an account in the advertising system, and the agency's commission. Accordingly, if you want to estimate the cost, then it is worth clarifying and evaluating the agency commission. Because the budget can vary greatly depending, among other things, on your capabilities. Sometimes it turns out to be more profitable to turn to a private specialist than to an agency.
You can also add that the budget depends not only on the region, but, to a greater extent, on the subject of advertising.

And where is it cheaper?
You need to take it as expensive as possible with maximum return on sales, you don’t just give a number, but they say that so many people will go to such and such pages of your site for such requests, and having conversion statistics from Yandex metrics, you will get so many sales, in fact, if the ceiling no, for ten times more you get ten times more sales
Yes, more expensive but also ten times more sales
