Contextual advertising, an example of Digital Ocean

I liked Digital Ocean's marketing move (I don't know if it was a coincidence or it's really such a move)
I didn't know about this company before and when I went to their website, I looked at something and ran away (forgot about it). But after some time, Google ads with a banner from DO began to flash in front of me all the time. After such an advertising campaign, I perfectly remember this company, read about it and want to go there.
The question is - is it possible to set up advertising on Google so that the banner with the ad is shown only to the person who once visited my site? Did he see the company logo, name and periodically remind him of himself?

Oh sure. It's called remarketing. There can be a lot of scenarios there - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2453998
Remarketing lists can also be made using Google Analytics, where they can be even more flexible.
