What corporate email to choose to remain anonymous?

Maybe someone came across, the client wants to start a corporate mail (to a domain name) and aims for the service to provide anonymity of correspondence, more precisely, so that it does not provide access to the authorities of the Russian Federation. Gmail does not fit with reference to high cost. I would be grateful if someone could advise

You can raise your server on a rented server. For example, Zimbra Open Source. Easy to install and has a huge number of additional features.

At the moment I'm doing the exact same thing. Zoho Mail looks decent enough. Everything else is quite expensive.
