What cool UX/UI guides/courses/lectures/sources do you know?

There is a lot of information on the Internet today, but it is difficult to stop at something and not miscalculate. I call you for help. Prompt cool online courses, video tutorials on UI UX design. Such that more practice, homework and relevant information, and of course structured. Most UI/UX courses are bullshit. With video tutorials, too, strained. But good foreign textual material is enough.

As a practice, I recommend just making websites: come up with an idea, and implement it from start to finish, explaining what is wrong, why such a solution and not another. This will help to develop skills in the shortest possible time.
