In the privacy policy of many sites there is such a line that they reserve the right to collect cookies. The wording may be different, but for example:
"Data that is transmitted automatically depending on the settings of the User's software, including, but not limited to: IP address, cookie, data about the software and equipment used by the User to work in the communication network , including the Internet, parameters and settings of Internet browsers, information and materials transmitted and received using the Service."
Question: Are cookies only collected by the site in question? Or all browser cookies?
