What computer science textbooks from basics to pros are worth attention?

I am studying programming. It seems that everything is clear, and it turns out quite well, but in some places I pour in the very basics.

On this occasion, I decided to streamline the existing knowledge and get new ones, starting from the beginning - right from computer science for the smallest and debility.

Books on this subject - a shaft. And therein lies the problem. A lot of trash.

Local regulars certainly ate a whole pack of dogs on the basics of computer science and data science in general.

What would you advise to strengthen the foundation, ladies and gentlemen? Let's say your personal top must have, from the basics to the stars?

How can the computer world please, so that it is not written in a clerical style, but humanly pleasant? I understand that the language of library mummies is true, but still...

What is worth spending time on, so that it is valuable in content, but also nicely served?

PS Suitable and not only books.

If something is not clear, then read Knuth. This has been in effect for over a decade.

"It seems that everything is clear, and it turns out quite well, but in some places I pour in the very basics." - that’s what topic you don’t know, look for information on that topic, otherwise now you read everything in a row starting with nuclear physics, but in the end, as you couldn’t write anything, you won’t be able to, and you’ll forget the “basic foundations” in six months, because you don't use them.
