What competitions can a novice Game Dev Unity developer participate in?

My friend and I are studying Unity and we are eager to make interesting projects, we want to participate in competitions and other possible events so that they give us a good kick in the ass and we actively work in this direction. It is worth noting that everyone has a main job.
We will be glad to any information.

Participate in game jams:

globalgamejam.org

Sometimes there are contests on gcup.ru

In contests? Well, for example, a Unity developer can participate in the contest for the best fart of the year. That will not affect his main work in any way. Will it fit?
But seriously, know that winning the competition leads to an overestimation of the FPV, which hinders development.
A defeat in the competition leads to depression, which again usually hinders development.
In a normal competition, everything would be completely different, with a defeat, one could draw reasonable conclusions, and not a fountain of negative emotions, but where are they, damn normal competitions?

Regardless of victory or defeat, participation in such an event will only positively affect your career.
Game jams and online hackathons in local markets are the best option for singles and small teams with friends. Of course, subject to at least a little experience, and the presence of good ideas.
Here is a list of current ones for the near future: https://globalgamejam.org/
I also saw that in the summer, the company https://stepico.com/ held a game jam with good prize money and offers for the winners, recently I saw their announcement somewhere that there will be another such jam soon, so you can follow their news. Good luck)
