What code 400 is better for Yandex bots?

In general, I tell it as it is: there is an expensive functionality with a bunch of settings that I ordered on the side. So I apologize for his absence.
Part of this is when intended to block 403 error from Yandex Bots that are part of DDOS. In principle, this is what they do, but there is a problem: 1 or 2 pages per day are excluded from the search for a 403 response, although the Yandex robots themselves always see the page (Through the server response check tool).
Therefore, the question arose, can I just change the 403 code to another one, in which Yandex will simply storm the bypass and receive a response of 200?
I hope I have explained it clearly.

Then not 40x, but 503, because the client does not have an error here.
