A photographer friend asked me to make a portfolio website. He made the layout himself.
The layout is ready. But the question is, which CMS to choose?
You need some kind of CMS with minimal functionality: create a page (with adding to the menu) and upload a photo.
All.
Is there something similar? Or fence your own?
