What cms should be used to integrate layout with a custom grid?

Welcome all! Recently I asked a question regarding the development of adaptive design using the example of a site.
Previous question: What kind of grid to use for design development?
After the received answer, a question arose regarding the integration of layout with cms. Actually, what cms should be used to integrate such a layout (mobile and desktop)?

It doesn't really matter which CMS you will use to integrate the layout.
Any layout can be pulled on any engine (if the arms are straight and the engine is normal).

www.divan.ru - uses yii-framework
www.stoloto.ru - uses magento
but since you are a beginner, I would advise you to choose wordpress because there are plenty of documentation, lessons, plugins and any kind even in Russian, I also saw a bunch of similar sites !
