What CMS should a web designer choose for a news site, landing pages, online stores?

Hello. I am a web designer. I don’t know how to write code and I don’t want to (sorry, that’s how the brains of a humanist are arranged). You need a CMS in which: 1) No need to bother with the code 2) Suitable for online stores, landing pages, news sites 3) And it is desirable, but not necessary, that the CMS is not very popular, so that later the person who orders the site would be in some binding to me (naturally for more earnings, because no one has canceled
the competition) Thank you in advance!

1) WordPress
2) MODX
3) OpenCart

I’ll say from experience:
WP is slow, there are a lot of themes and plugins, but these are ready-made solutions .. if you want to change something, then it’s difficult for a beginner. And even more so for someone who is not well versed in the code ..
modx in this regard (maybe even something similar to the usual constructor), yes, there are themes and a bunch of plugins, but everything is simple and clear if you figure it out.
News is easy to make, the store too, the basket works and any other things are done quite simply. In terms of rolling design, everything is also convenient. Wrote html ku and correct styles.
About popularity-unpopularity and binding the client to you. My answer is that if even a designer is able to understand cms (as you yourself said), then this will not cause any problems at all for a crowd of programmers on the same freelance.
If you want detachment from everyone and binding the client to you, this is an extreme method, such as using self-written frameworks, etc. But it's a very long way.
if you have any questions about modx, then write to me, maybe we will cooperate https://vk.com/sm.book
