What CMS are there for Landing page?

Please give an example of simple CMS without a database and not based on XML.
I think there are probably CMSs that have an admin on T. Bootstrap or something like that.
The site is just a description and a price table.
PS In short, what kind of thread editor is needed. For one girl who (allegedly) wants to get into web development. I, in order to make it easier for her to enter the Web Dev World of HTML5 and CSS3, I want to teach how to visually put it on the page first, in order to get the code at the output. That's all.

It's easier to change visually in Dreamviewer. :)

piecrust and similar static site generators are the best.

I use Cockpit CMS , there is an API and a good admin panel. But it requires initial study, the documentation is not very good.
