What certified CIPF exists to verify a signature in the CAdES-T format?

We are analyzing the transition to SMEV 3.
The subsystems of the MVV AIS FSSP of Russia are used to sign resolutions of the ES of the CAdES-T format.
We use CryptoPro JCP version 1.0.54 in our software. In this version, the CAdES-T format is not supported (although the official documentation could not be found on the site).
CAdES-T is supported in CryptoPro JCP version 2.x, but this version of the product is not certified.
Tell me, what certified CIPF exists to verify signature verification in the CAdES-T format?
